Questions
Do I need a key during the free trial?
No. Sign in to the desktop app and everything works for 14 days. Buy a key any time to keep protection on after that.
Someone sent me a license key. How do I use it?
Open the app → Settings → Account & License, paste the key and press Activate. It’s linked to your account from then on.
What counts as a location?
One office or home with one Windows PC running PhylaxNet. Two offices = two locations. You can change the number later from Manage billing.
How do API keys work?
Each key works for every PhylaxNet API for the time you bought (1 month or 1 year), with 150,000 requests each calendar month. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Renew a key from your dashboard (API keys → Renew) and the time is added on. You can limit a key to your own IP addresses, block IPs, lock it to one User-Agent, and see its logs and every IP that used it.
